Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC) is establishing two more cancer hospitals in Gilgit and Mardan.

PAEC Chairman Muhammad Naeem while addressing an awareness seminar on breast cancer in Islamabad today stated this.

The Chairman said eighteen medical centers are already operating under the aegis of atomic energy commission in all provinces.

He said all possible resources will be mobilized to meet the requirements of cancer hospitals.

Speaking on the occasion, Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ahmad Chaudhary emphasized the need for creating awareness among people about all types of cancers including breast cancer.
